do you offer refunds?

i do not. but i will always make it right if you come across an issue. just make sure to connect with me!

do you offer local pickup?

i do in very specific scenarios. email me to arrange this before you place your order.

do you offer gift cards?

i do not have physical gift cards at this time, but i do often have customers purchase shop credit for their friends and family as gifts. just email me! i can assign a gift *code* to a specific customer.

will you rush my order?

absolutely, be sure to let me know before you place your order so that i can accommodate accordingly. there may be a fee in order to bump yours ahead of other open orders.

will you combine my orders?

combining orders is considered on a case-by-case basis and is not always guaranteed .

do you accept returns or exchanges?

typically, no. but again...it never hurts to ask :-)

will the bow leave a mark on my babies head?

while i would love to say 100% no, every babes head is different and I can not make any promises. however bbb does have a reputation for delivering only the best product & being VERY picky when it comes to headband choices. as for glitter bows, any glitter placed on a headband is backed with a soft wool felt to ensure the glitter does not directly touch your babes head.

can you add my rewards if I forgot to sign in?

unfortunately i can not, if i offered this to one person, i would have to do it for everyone and i am simply a one mama shop. thank you for understanding!
