What is your turn around time?

Please keep in mind we are a hand made shop with one person making and packaging all orders, in addition to raising 3 tiny humans.  Because of this, our average turn around time is up to 21 business days with the maximum on occasion being 30 business days.  Pre-order TAT is also typically about 4/5 weeks. Please contact us at info@buttonsbabybowtique.com for a more accurate TAT on your specific order.

Most of your bows are sold out, when will you have more?

Because I am a one mom shop, it is hard to keep up with constant inventory. Please be patient as I am always juggling working on new releases, fulfilling orders and everything else that comes with owning a small business.  New uploads are always on the website on Sundays at 8pm CST, I urge you to not be late!

Do you offer gift cards?  

Absolutely! Please check out our listing for gift certificates in the main drop down menu! You can choose physical or virtual.  You can email me for a free shipping code on a virtual only gift card.

Do you offer local pickup?

This is offered on a case by case basis. Please email me with any questions.

What if my bow gets dirty?


BBB bows should not be washed in any machine or with any soap. They should be spot cleaned with a damp cloth or wipe.  

Please note that “pool bow” usage is at your own discretion, clips should be wiped off immediately to avoid rusting if they do get wet.  A few splashes of water will be okay, but I can not guarantee that these bows will hold up in water when submerged.

No returns? No cancellations? Why?

If you have an issue with your order, we will do our best to accommodate on a case by case basis, we are committed to making sure every customer is happy.  If you have a concern, please let me know before leaving a negative review, I will always do my best to make it right.  All orders are final once placed.

Won’t the glitter scratch my child’s head?

NO! If there is any glitter ever exposed, it will not be directly touching your babies skin, and is always backed with felt!

Will the nylon leave a mark on my child’s head?

Our nylon headbands are so super soft and do not indent your child’s head! They are super flexible and any of them fit from a preemie to an adult very comfortably. 

 

What are my shipping options?

All USA orders default ship USPS First Class for a flat rate fee.  You may upgrade to priority shipping, however still take into consideration normal turnaround time.  Priority mail rushes your shipping, not the making of the order itself.  

Will you rush my order?

Yes, I will for an additional fee.  Please search for the “Rush Order” option and add it to your cart at checkout in order for it to get moved to the front of production.  Please note, rushing your order does not mean it will be done overnight.  

Will you combine my orders?

I do not combine shipping at this time, but I do reserve the right to do so at my own discretion. 

Why did my invoice get cancelled?

If you are paying for your bows via an invoice I sent you, those must be paid within 2 hours of receiving unless discussed otherwise.  If you do not communicate with me, you are subject to no longer being able to claim preorder bows or bows for sale on IG or for my VIPS.  I am flexible, I just ask for communication.
